Using videos to help develop a lesson, idea, or strategy plan can be a great tool. Good videos can help grow teamwork leadership in a positive way. Placing a visual lesson in front of those you are trying to train can always be helpful. I have found that the creation of a power point, timed to music can be resourceful for anyone trying to promote a leadership strategy.
